Relax and enjoy your time away in our spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo. It has everything you need to accommodate family and friends, including a master king suite with attached full bath and balcony access, well-equipped kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, dining table and counter seating, stacked washer and dryer, child pack n’ play, and a full complement of dishes and cookware, towels, and linens. Arriving late? Don’t worry. Check in is a breeze with our keyless entry.
Beach Bella is a quiet corner-condo on the 3rd floor of a 3-floor building offering seclusion from above and next door. The building does not have elevators. But, they are not needed! The two standard flights of stairs are no problem for the average person. The lack of "foot noise" from above is worth a couple of extra steps!

Terms & Conditions
Current passport or valid US-government ID is required for booking. The primary guest making the reservation and staying at Beach Bella must be 25 years old or older. Guests staying at Beach Bella are required to abide by the St Martin Beachwalk Villas Home Owners Association rules. We offer free parking for two vehicles. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate parking for boats or trailers.
To ensure all St Martin Beachwalk Villas guests have a pleasant stay, please abide by the quiet hours which are 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. The Home Owners Association does not allow pets.
Smoking is allowed in the grilling area at the bottom of the stairwell. There is no smoking or vaping allowed in Beach Bella or its balcony, or in the entryway and stairways at St Martin Beachwalk Villas. We provide the basic necessities, including toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish washer tabs, etc., to get you through a couple of days.

Cancellation Policy
- Grace period: cancel within 48 hours after the reservation was made and at least 14 days before check-in to get a full refund
- Cancel at least 30 days before check-in to get a full refund
- If cancelled between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you pay 50% of the booking cost
- If cancelled less than 7 days before check-in, there’s no refund
